How does auto-delivery work?
Auto-delivery allows you to receive a new supply of your vitamins every 30 or 90 days, hassle free. By choosing the auto-delivery option, you ensure that you always have a supply of vitamins available with only one order. Ten days prior to you running out of vitamins from your initial order, we send a notification email including details of your upcoming shipment. You will then have five days to cancel, delay or change your upcoming shipment. If you choose to do nothing we will automatically ship a new 90 day supply. We use the same payment information used on your initial order.

How do I update my auto-delivery account?
By logging into your account you can: change your next ship date, update your address, update payment information, or change your current stage of pregnancy. If your order includes Promise Stages we will always ship the correct amount of each stage depending on your week of pregnancy at that time.

How can I cancel auto-delivery?
Auto-delivery can be cancelled at any time by emailing service@biotegrity.com and including your name, address, and phone number along with a message to cancel Auto-shipments. You can also call one of our customer care specialist at 1.800.201.7935.

When ordering Promise Prenatal on auto-delivery how do you keep up with my current stage of pregnancy for each shipment.
Our customer care specialists make sure that you get the right amount of each stage depending on your week of pregnancy at the time of your auto-shipment. This is calculated from the week of pregnancy you chose on your original order and the date you will receive your next auto-shipment. The auto-delivery system automatically updates your current stage of pregnancy which you can always check by Logging into Your Account . If your order spans over more than one trimester you will receive two different stages to cover both trimesters.
