What is your shipping policy?
In an effort to make purchasing our products as straightforward as possible we offer free USPS Priority Shipping on all orders over $30 and a flat rate charge of $5.95 for Priority Shipping on orders under $30. We use the United States Postal Service for Priority Shipping. You also have the choice of USPS Express shipping or UPS Ground shipping with any order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends. Most of our customers take advantage of free priority shipping and their order usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days. This is an accurate estimate, but The United States Postal Service will not guarantee this time frame on priority shipping.

Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation through email. After this you will receive another email notification when your order has actually been shipped which includes the delivery confirmation number.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes you can. When you go through our checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping.

What is your return policy?
All of our products come with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, simply return it within 60 days for a full refund.
